Global Premium Hotels Ltd plans to acquire Fragrance Heritage Pte Ltd for S$25.1 million with intention to develop hotel on Tyrwhitt site. Freehold site at Tyrwhitt Road valued at S$78.0 million with Gross Development Value of approximately S$150 million. Group sees successful acquisition will provide opportunity to develop a hotel with approximately 250 to 270 rooms. (Closing Price: $0.255, 0%)

Sunray Holdings Limited provided guidance on the Group's financial results for the financial year ended 31 March 2012. The Group expects to report a significant net loss for FY2012, mainly due to poor sales performance and the substantial increase in provision for impairment losses. (Closing Price: $0.01, -23.08%)

Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd shareholders today approved the acquisition of
70% of the economic interests in the remaining LDRs of the Star City real estate project in Yangon and a rights issue of up to 422,117,874 shares at S$0.24 each to fund the acquisition. With these approvals, the Group is able to proceed with its growth plans to provide quality housing options for the increasingly affluent middle class in Myanmar. Sin Heng Heavy Machinery Limited announced the acquisition of SEAVI Advent Equity, the controlling shareholder of Sin Heng, by Toyota Tsuho Corporation, a member of Toyota Motor for a consideration of $26mn. Boustead Singapore Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Boustead Salcon Water Solutions Pte Ltd – a leading global specialist in water and wastewater engineering – has been awarded a multimillion dollar contract to design, engineer and construct a demineralisation and condensate polishing plant for Sembcorp Industries Ltd, through its whollyowned subsidiary Sembcorp Utilities Pte Ltd in Singapore.
