Far East Hospitality Trust Portfolio with Chart, Support and Resistance

Far East Hospitality Trust is technically not just a REIT – it is a stapled trust that consists of a REIT and a business trust.

The trust currently has 12 properties (all in Singapore) in its portfolio:
1. Eight hotels and
2. Four serviced residences
They are strategically located within close proximity to business districts, leisure attractions, MICE facilities and healthcare facilities.

Examples of hotels under the trust are
1. The Elizabeth Hotel
2. Orchard Parade Hotel
3. Oasia Hotel Novena
4. The Quincy Hotel
5. Rendezvous Hotel
6. Village Hotel Bugis
7. Village Hotel Changi
8. Village Hotel Albert Court

Four serviced residences are
1. Village Residence Robertson Quay
2. Village Residence Clark Quay
3. Village Residence Hougang
4. Regency House
